Dear Friends of Theatre 31,

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our lives and communities. Theatre 31’s number one priority is the safety of our staff, students & their families. At this point in time, we cannot see a viable option for students to attend camp as usual this summer.

In the place of our normal summer camp structure, we will be offering a distance learning program which will give students a creative outlet from the safety of their own homes. We will be keeping the same themes and dates for our summer camps.

On our Summer Camps page you can find a detailed distance learning curriculum to give you the best possible understanding of what our “safer at home” camp days will look like. We have also included a short promotional video to help you visualize our distance learning camps.

In the event that conditions change over the next two months, and it is deemed safe and viable for us to hold our camps at the theatre, we will present additional options at that time.

For parents who have paid for any Theatre 31 Musical Theatre Camp 2020, you have several options. You may:

  • Put your money towards any of the Theatre 31 Distance Learning Summer Camps. We invite you to join us for any or all of our online camps. Camp costs and details are listed on the Summer Camps page.
  • Hold your money on account. Apply your tuition to future Theatre 31 classes or camps.
  • Donate your summer camp tuition. Your contribution of any or all of the summer camp tuition will be greatly appreciated, and will help our creative team during this challenging time.
  • Request a refund. Be refunded for your camp tuition.

I hope that this message reaches you all in good health, and I hope to see you and your children again soon.

All the best,

Chad
